Big Changes
-----------
	Nametags!
		- Characters get their names shown on the top of the dialogue box!
			- Including your ocs!

	All enemies have new AI
		- All attack patterns go in order; no RNG.
		- More flavor text to physical attacks.
			- Instead of "Mobile sprout attacks!"
			  it's now "Mobile sprout headbutts you!" etc.
		- Enemies use PSI more consistantly.
			- Instead of "Mr. Carpainter used a crashing boom bang attack!"
			  it's not "Mr. Carpainter tried PK Thunder a!"
			- Intended for you to understand specific attack properties more clearly.
			- Increase viability of Counter-PSI Unit
		- Enemies call for help more often
			- However less enemies spawn
				- This is to reduce lag
		- Beware the final boss...

	Deflated the entire economy.
		- Enemies give you less money.
		- All items are cheaper.
		- Cheap bracelet went from $85 to $10.
		- Hotels, Hospitals, and investing in Pas/Nathan have not changed.

	PSI Adjustments
		- Spiff and Vi have alpha PSI progression in their lower levels.
		- Flash costs less PP
			- Crying status effect from Flash is fixed. 
				- It used to double enemy miss rate, 
				- now it makes them miss half the time.
		- Freeze no longer solidifies
		- Thunder strikes more often and does more damage
		- Vi gets Thunder Omega
		- Laura gets Freeze Omega
		- Lifeup Adjustments
			- Alpha heals 100 hp
			- Sigma heals 100 hp to the party
			- Beta heals 200 hp
			- Omega heals 200 hp to the party
			- PP costs have been adjusted for this
		- Spiff gets Cure Omega; Laura gets Lifeup Omega.
		- All enemies have PP for Magnet to work 100% of the time.
		- Spiff loses Hypnosis; Gains Offense up
		- Vi loses Paralysis; Gains Brainshock
		- Laura loses Brainshock; Gains Paralysis
		- Enemy resistances to Brainshock have been redone.
		- Defense down is changed to "Weaken"
			- it lowers offense and defense of all enemies.
			- Always works.

	Noct Tool Adjustments
		- Changed locations of Noct's tools, allowing you to acquire them at more appropriate times.
		- Defense Shower is now Offense shower
			- It buffs the party's offense by 6% to a maximum of 24%
		- Removed HP-Sucker and Hungry Hp-Sucker
		- 20 Rocket sharks have been nerfed to 10 rocket sharks
			- Pricing and damage is adjusted to properly fit this

	Other battle item adjustments:
		- Defense Spray is now Offense spray
			- it's a single use version of the Offense Shower. all party members can use it.
		- There are no broken spray cans; you just get the offense spray instead.
		- Snake Box is no longer sold; it is found in Belch's factory.
			- snake box lets you poison a row of enemies for 20damage per turn.
		- New item, Loaded Dice!
			- randomly deals 1-400 damage to a row of enemies!
				- at best it's a free PK Fire gamma.

Smaller changes
---------------
	New menu!
		Pressing A and L automatically do the "talk" and "check" command, without the use of opening the menu!
		Press B and X to open the menu instead!
		Still hold Y to run!
		If you have the map, press START to open it!

	Rewrote dialogue in Magicant. Now includes Spiff's origin story! (YEAH! ME! GO ME!)

	Dark Spiff is now Sylvia. Basically the same character, but redesigned.
		- New battle sprite, too!
	
	Optimized ATM and store dialogue to speed up inventory management and buying/selling items.

	Ranged weapons (like yoyos) have higher offense than Melee weapons. The trade off is less guts and no smash attacks.

	Battle Dialogue tweaking
		- Typo fixes, weird text overflow issues.

	Hud Windows
		- Thinned the HP/PP borders
		- Added Nonbinary and Pan pride windows

	Status Screen
		- Gave a lot more information on PSI abilities.
			- Did so with a lot less text.
			- Less text on main status screen
				- Tried to reduce information overload, while still being helpful

	Corrected some more inconsistant pronouns 
	(combing an entire rpg script for pronoun errors is a nightmare. I thought Ctrl + F would help me but no.
	 some of these pronouns have code jargon and I gotta pretend I know how to program to fix them.)
	(I can grow crops with the amount of tears I have shed for when I spot an inconsistant pronoun.)
